These terms apply when you use OnlineToolSpot (onlinetoolspot.com), owned and run by Joshua Pyles in the US ("we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The tools are free and the results are estimates. Check anything important with a qualified professional before you act on it.

Results are estimates

Every calculator gives an estimate based on the numbers you enter and the formulas, rates and assumptions described on its page. Results can be wrong or incomplete. That can happen because of the information you enter, rounding, rules or rates that have changed, situations a tool doesn't cover, or errors on our part.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is financial, tax, legal, investment, lending, insurance, construction or engineering advice. The site doesn't create a professional or client relationship with you.

• Money, loans and taxes: check with a tax professional, accountant, lender or financial adviser, and with official sources such as the IRS.
• Pay and employment: check with your employer, the US Department of Labor or your state labor agency.
• Seller fees: check your platform's current fee pages and account statements.
• Building and DIY: check product labels and data sheets, local building codes and a qualified contractor or engineer, and buy extra materials where it makes sense.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, OnlineToolSpot and Joshua Pyles aren't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, the site or its results. That includes direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost money, missed deadlines, tax penalties and wasted or short materials. The site is free, and you use it at your own risk. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Changes

We may change or remove tools, and update these terms at any time. When we update the terms, we'll change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
